Work

Senior Project Manager

A decade of delivering digital products — mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, internal tooling. I currently lead product development at LARQ, a consumer hardware and direct-to-consumer brand, coordinating engineering, design, QA, and operations across three parallel product streams.

01 · E-commerce

Commerce that ships

I run the development roadmap for a Shopify-based DTC platform — product launches, seasonal campaigns, subscription commerce, and the promotion mechanics behind them. That means owning everything from launch epics and navigation architecture to review-platform migrations and bundle logic, and making sure a campaign that marketing dreamed up on Monday survives contact with the storefront by Friday.

  • End-to-end product launch coordination — placement, navigation, subscriptions, reviews
  • Seasonal campaign delivery (promotion logic, cart mechanics, bundles)
  • Third-party ecosystem management — Shopify apps, subscription and review platforms
  • Rapid de-scoping under pressure (vendor changes, partner insolvency) without breaking the storefront

02 · Mobile

Two platforms, one product

I manage iOS and Android app development for a connected hardware product — companion apps with Bluetooth device sync, health-platform integrations (Apple Health, Health Connect), and an in-app shop. The interesting problems live in the background: sync reliability, battery behaviour, and the analytics needed to see what devices actually do in the wild.

  • Health platform integrations and their permission flows
  • Background sync architecture — reliability, observability, incident response
  • Production incident management, from detection through post-mortem
  • App analytics pipelines (Firebase, BigQuery) that turn device behaviour into roadmap decisions

03 · Internal products & operations

The unglamorous layer

Alongside customer-facing work I run internal product development — an HR and operations portal, intake-workflow migrations, and the analytics infrastructure underneath it all. Internal tools fail quietly and expensively; I treat them with the same rigour as anything customer-facing.

  • Internal portal development and QA
  • Workflow and service-desk migrations
  • Customer data and analytics infrastructure (event pipelines, warehouse views)

04 · How I work

Agile, instrumented, AI-augmented

I run Scrum across distributed teams, but the tooling underneath it is where I invest: Jira automation for epic hygiene and escalations, Confluence as a living system of record, and AI agents woven into day-to-day PM work — triage, documentation, backlog analysis. Process is a product too. I build it accordingly.

The pattern across all of it: complex systems, multiple teams, one coherent product.
